Global Governance and Systems-Change

The collapse of moral authority in the West, and the complete breakdown of international law, coupled with the rise of China and the Global South, is calling into question our structures of global governance and their suitability for the world we face today.

We need bold and radical new thinking about how, as a global community, we manage the threats of climate change, global conflict, economic insecurity and the rise of artificial intelligence.

What is the right way to think about global governance in a world that is collapsing? How can we think about global governance not just in terms of the institutions we need, the role of the rule of law, global conflict and the management of resources, but also the moral underpinnings of how we behave in our communities and redefine our social contract.
